Which shipping company will deliver our order?

At AndLight, we work with different courier companies including PostNord, Bring, FedEx and DHL, depending on your location. You will be informed of the chosen courier when you place your order.

Do I receive tracking information?

Right after your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information that allows you to monitor your package’s journey with the chosen courier company, all the way to you.

Can I arrange shipping myself?

Yes, no problem! Send an email to our team and agree on the details.

Can I arrange pick-up?

Pick-up can be arranged. Pick-up takes place from our warehouse in Nybro, Sverige.
