We strive to process your return as quickly as possible. However, once it has been received at our warehouse, processing may take up to 14 days. During this period, we inspect the product and approve the return. 

Once the return has been approved: 

• You will receive a confirmation by email. 

• We will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

• It may take an additional 1–7 days before the amount appears in your account. 

Any return costs and reductions in value will be deducted from the refund. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation showing that it has been returned.
