What requirements apply to returns?
At AndLight, we offer a 365-day return policy. You must register your return no later than 365 days after receiving the order. The item must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after registration.
You may inspect the product
You may open, inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. This corresponds to the handling you would normally be able to carry out in a physical store.
However, the product must not be handled or used more than necessary. Permanent installation, electrical connection, actual use or other handling that leaves marks or damage will result in us rejecting the return.
The product must be returned complete
When you return the product, it must be securely packaged and include all supplied parts and materials, including:
• Screws, fittings and cables
• Manuals and assembly instructions
• Warranty certificate
• Other accessories and supplied parts
If anything is missing, the return cannot be accepted.
The original packaging is very important
You must keep and use the original packaging when returning the product, as it:
• Protects the product during transport
• Contains important product information
• Is adapted to the product’s shape and construction
• Affects the product’s resale value
Missing or damaged original packaging voids the right of return.
You may open the packaging to inspect the product. However, avoid:
• Writing directly on the packaging
• Attaching labels or stickers to it
• Applying additional tape directly to the original packaging
